{Our Filipino Dishes}

What exactly is a Salpicao?  Read on below for a full description of the dishes we offer.

  • Adobo Salvador – Chicken and Pork slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic and other spices. Also available in Chicken only.
  •  Tapa –  Sirloin Beef marinated in vinegar and soy sauce and other spices.
  • Tocino –  Chicken or Pork cured in a sweet and savory sauces and spices.
  •  Pampanga Style Longaniza – Sweet Filipino sausage that originated in the Province of Pampanga.
  •  Vigan Longaniza –  Garlicky and slightly Sour Filipino sausage that originated in the Ilocos Region.
  • Embotido –  Filipino meatloaf.
  •  Arroz a la Cubana – Ground pork, carrots, potatoes, red and green bell peppers cooked in tomato sauce and spices and served with fried banana and a fried egg over plain or garlic rice.
  •  Salpicao – Tender beef chuck cubes slow cooked in a variety of spices and served with our fried garlic sauce.
  •  Menudo –  Pork cubes in traditional stew of tomatoes, potatoes and carrots.
